Let in Love (live from Knob Hall)

Christine Havrilla and Gypsy Fuzz

Whats New, late 2018

End of the year...

I sit here at my desk & am so grateful to be able to do something I love, something that can help people with sad hearts, rough times, love, anger, questions, confusion, loss, emptiness, bliss.  Music is an amazing power that can reach down into peoples' souls... & I get to share moments at shows with fans, friends, & family to connect just like that.  Thank you, thank you, thank you...

As I slowly accept that 2018 is almost behind me (lol), I look forward to all of the wonderful shows & events that I have lined up in 2019 with venues/booking agents/club owners/musicians & _______! The blank______is to be filled in by all of YOU, the super-supportive fans who are hands-down THE FREAKIN' BEST! I already I feel blessed with a full calendar plus touring to new towns & cities as well as some of the die-hard ones that keep me rolling!

Around Thanksgiving, after you enjoy your families & take care of your own, just asking folks to help out with those who are struggling (all year ‘round, too!)…Down here is DE, we are collecting items for IMMANUEL SHELTER in Rehoboth Beach at my 11/24 Rehoboth Ale House show & all during the week! See items listed on the TOUR PAGE in case you are able to join us!

Looking back at 2018 shows, they were so many magical moments for me as a singer, as a guitarist, as bass player, & as a band leader…too many to list, but I’d like to give big shout-out to the many talented musicians that I surround myself with as GYPSY FUZZ: Keith Giosa/bass, vocals, keys; Becca Doughty/drums, percussion; Dan Kauffman/guitar, bass, vocals; Gretchen Schultz/vocals, percussion; Rich Bellando/drums. Also Judy Mould as guitar tech/stage crew and merch-girl/stage crew Jenn “Wizzy” Wismer. Words cannot express the appreciation & love for these folks!  I also have to send some love to my main photographers Doerthe Externest, Sharon Gray, Gary Regulski…

A HUGE APPLAUSE to all of you for making my 20th Anniversary Show of SOME OTHER THING at WORLD CAFE LIVE a complete & utterly brilliant night! My heart is so full!  Newer fans can now own these older songs they might not have know until now, & classic fans will let the music take us all back to that time of writing & touring!  And yes, the rumor is true…WE ARE DOING A REPRISE SHOW by popular demand, performing the album on January 26th, 2019 at Steel City in Phoenixville! Tickets on sale 11/27!

***Speaking of music…RECORDING STARTS ON DECEMBER 28TH!  We head into Studio 1311 outside of Philly & will be releasing the EP in the beginning of March! Thank you to all who have already donated towards the $1.49 CHALLENGE! http://www.christinehavrilla.com/fundraiser/

I am working with the entire band for sound plus artist Joelle Cathleen for cover art. I have admired her work since I first met her last year…and look forward to releasing this EP to all of you! Working titles are “Resonate” or “Sunless Escapade”…you’ll be the 1st to know here!!!

I will keep looking ahead to connect with current fans, new fans, new music, new discoveries, new opportunities, experiences & continual growth on my part as a musician, writer, producer, business woman, friend, wife, family member, listener, gypsy, mentor...

Thanks for everything & see you soon!

 ~Christine
